What this website does

This website explains the planned My Jiran concept. It does not authenticate through UAE PASS or collect identity documents, community eligibility, posts, listings, precise location, space, booking or payment information. It also provides no signup, waitlist, account, chat, advertising pixel or analytics dashboard. The planned service is for adults aged 18 and over.

Information connected with a visit

When a browser requests a page or asset, website infrastructure may process technical request data such as an IP address, browser or device information, requested URL, timestamp and security or diagnostic events. This processing is used to deliver and protect the website.

We do not ask you to submit personal information while browsing this concept site, and we do not use it for targeted advertising or behavioural profiling.

Language preference

When you select a language, My Jiran stores that selection on this device under myjiran_lang solely to remember your language preference. This setting is not used for analytics or tracking and is not sent to an API or other network service.

If you email us

If you choose the general website enquiry link, J Squared receives the address, message and other information you include. We use it to respond to the enquiry and manage only the related follow-up. Email is not a beta registration channel. Do not send identity documents, payment details, exact home or pickup addresses, listing content or other unnecessary personal information.

Minimisation, retention and service providers

We aim to keep only information needed to operate and protect this website or answer an enquiry. Enquiry information is kept only while it is reasonably needed for the conversation or an applicable record-keeping obligation. Technical request-data periods depend on operational and security needs and the settings of the infrastructure used at the time; this notice does not invent a fixed period where one has not been confirmed.

Service providers may process limited information where necessary to deliver website or business-email infrastructure. We do not sell enquiry information.

This notice does not announce or open any beta or future layer.
